My son is leaving today and able to go home. I want to thank his night CNA’S, who
he really liked. Cathy, his nurse today, is terrific, Jeffrey really likes her.
He has had a lot of good nurses, I just can’t remember them all.
Kim king was great and Leila, his case worker, was very kind and helpful.

I don’t remember much about coming to kindred as I was in an auto accident and wasn’t alert.
After being here almost three months I am very alert and thankful now.
There are so many people I want to thank for caring for me, especially the respiratory department.
Alex went above in setting up all my equipment and making sure everything was just right.
Nadine and Miriam have been great. When Miriam is in my room and I’m eating she always
remembers to get my salt shaker. The food is good, I just like extra salt.
There are so many people I want to thank, I hope I don’t forget anyone.
My nurses have been great, Vanessa is terrific, her and Barbara are pretty cool they laugh
at all my jokes. Shaymayne, Alika, Tracey Ann and Jocelyn are all great.
Rodelene and Vickie and kathlyn and Josie have taken good care of me.
The rehab people are terrific, from the girls Gracie, Erica, Jackie and Nege
to the men Stephan, and Jeff and of course Musa and I can’t forget Adona, she is a sweetheart.
They have all played a big part in getting me back to good health.
I don’t want to forget Rafael and Clare, they’ve kept my room clean.
Everyone has been great and I’m sorry if I forgot a few names but you
all have touched my life, thank you.

Sam literally chased me out the door, just kidding, but she did catch me as I was leaving
today, heading home to Wisconsin . Sam asked how my stay was during my two weeks
here at Kindred and would I mind doing a review for kindred. I told her terrific, everyone has been so great, never had a bad experience
while here. My nurses were great, some used humor and kept me laughing, which always helps pass the time, like Latoya. Others were great in keeping me posted on my care and all
answered all my questions, which were many.
Have to thank Sam, from day one she came up to my room and went over admit papers
with me and my two brothers. She is funny, smart and professional all rolled into one
    great person.
    Thanks Kindred

My wife is leaving today and we want to thank all the nurses and CNA’S who cared for
her while she was here. We want to especially thank Sharmagne, she is a very caring
and compassionate nurse. This makes all the difference when you are totally dependent
on that one person for your care.

I have been a patient at Kindred for several months now and I'm finally being discharged. The care I have received here has been excellent. The nurses I had went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable! Bruna, Marla, Latoya, Stacy, Jolly, Viola, Sue, Paula and Miseline all took the extra steps in my care. They listened to me and consoled me when needed and gave me well needed advice. I will miss them. The CNA's Liz, Pamela, Doree and Nege was always on the ball and kept me comfortable at all times. Tyrone in housekeeping always looked out for me! If there was anything I needed, he would make sure I got it. He is my friend forever. Also the Wound Care girls, Elena and Nicole, gave me excellent care and treated me like they knew me forever. I will miss all these people, I feel they are all my friends now. They are all an asset to this hospital. Kindred also has an excellent rehab department and Yona is the best! I want to Thank all of them and all my Drs. for their care. I will also miss sitting at my window and watching the ducks and egrets play and eat in the pond! Thank You Kindred and everyone here! Sam, I will miss you!!!!

My father was recently a patient at kindred and I want to give a special thanks to one of his nurses Sue. Sue went the extra mile in taking care of my Dad. She treated him as if he were her dad. Sue and Liz and another nurse removed and replaced his catheter. She listened and cared. Sue was a God send she knew something was wrong and she figured it out and took care of it, THANK YOU SUE! BLESS YOU!! I want to thank two terrific CNA'S , Rosanne and Pam. Rosanne is excellent, very hard working, great work ethic! Very friendly and upbeat. Goes the extra mile to help. Thank you Rosanne! The other CNA that was terrific was Pam. Pam took the time to feed dad and inform me of what he ate. She showed a caring attitude and offered to bathe him. She was very good at checking on him frequently and took a special interest, was very sweet and went above and beyond was was required. Thank you Pam, I have to mention another nurse that went above and beyond was Maxine. She is a great nurse, very kind with a great work ethic! She strived to please and do all she could to help me and my father. Thank you Maxine, you were great! And you listened!!! K.B.

I grew up in hospitals, I have been to hundreds if not thousands in my 41 years. Without exception Exillette has gone beyond any other nurse I have had. She has not only treated me with skill but she has given me three precious gifts I lost along the way. Exillette gave me back the gift of laughter, trust and believe me or not to cry when I have to or need to. When one is ill , as I have been, for so long it can become hard to trust who is really in a profession because they care or who is doing a job. I imagine it is a mix but to me, Exillette cares and I cannot say that of many. She touched my heart and I am better at handling my illiness because of her. I also stopped crying. Things got so serious in the last few years, I felt I had to hold it in for others. I cried to Exillette and it felt like a weight was lifted. And equally important Exillette taught me by accident to laugh again. It's ok to laugh. One day I laughed with her so hard it hurt and it was the best feeling ever. Exillette is of value to this hospital as I am sure those who read this know. An asset beyond value. Thank you for truly caring for me!
