I stopped by kindred today to tell Sam what I great job kindred did for my son , Corey, while he was at kindred. All the iCU nurses were terrific.

We came back to kindred today to thank everyone who took care of my brother.
My sister in law and myself wanted to make sure everyone knows how much we
appreciate all the nurses who took care of Bob, especially towards the end when
he was in icu. Everyone of his icu nurses were amazing.
We love everyone of them, they took such great care of
Bob and kept us informed every day.
We also want to thank Sam, his ambassador. We met Sam the first day we visited, we
are grateful for the attention and care she not only showed Bob but was always kind to
me and my sister in law., his wife.
We are so grateful to everyone who took care of Bob, while he was at Kindred.
We want to make sure you know how wonderful Bob was treated while he was here.

We are getting ready to leave today and Sam came in to ask us how our stay had been. My wife, Pat; was
happy with her nurses, the only problem was just when you got to know them they would be on
their days off. But her nurses were great. We both liked her doctors, Dr Simon and Dr. Hus are great.
I told Sam the ladies at the front desk were always nice and helpful. When I didn’t know if a Doctor
was in the building they would always offer to page him for me.

I want to thank everyone for caring for my father while he was a patient here
at kindred.. I have good memories of my fathers stay here, from the first
Saturday I came to see my father and asked if I needed to sign anything. The
woman behind the counter, I later learned was Erika, said she just left.
Then she said let me see if I can catch her, I was glad as I come a long distance.
That’s how I met Sam, she was getting in her car but came back and we did all
the paperwork. I reminded Sam today of our first meeting and how happy we were
with the care my father received while here.

Thank you so much for getting our father well enough to be transferred to the next level
of care. From day one, when dad first came to the ICU unit at kindred, he has progressed.
We are very pleased with his care and all the wonderful people who have contributed
in getting dad to his next level of care.
Dad’s ICU nurses were wonderful, as we have stated in previous reviews, they took good
care of Dad.
When he got transferred to the second floor we were concerned, but found out it wasn’t necessary.
Dad’s second floor nurses and CNA’S and all the people caring for dad were terrific!
My family thanks you on Dad’s behalf.

I want to recognize Rey as a terrific nurse; my husband was truly cared for when Rey was
his nurse and Alex. They are wonderful , I told Sam I can’t Remember all the people
that cared for John, but Rey and Alex stood way out. Also Tanisha, his case worker
was great and a big help.
I told Sam there are many more people but I would have to call her with their
names once we get settled.
