I left Kindred Hospital yesterday after being there for many weeks. First I'm thrilled to be going home and it's because of the care I received at kindred that I was able to go home. Some days were better than others but the good days won out over the not so good

Intake and supervisory staff were all very pleasant. However, we thought my mother could have had more hygienic care. Physicians were thorough, competent and explained everything well.

I want to share how well we have been treated here at Kindred. From the time my wife and daughter walked in the front door we all have been treated like family. All my nurses and nurse supervisors and cna's have been like good friends and I have been given excellent care. Wound Care has Taken excellent care of me above and beyond my expectations. Rehab has been unbelievable, they have taken such good care of me and included my family in my rehab process. I was sent to Kindred to take care of problems that were out of control and Kindred did not disappoint, they lived up to our expectations above and beyond. Thank you Kindred for taking care of my medical needs and me and my family.

This is my first time at Kindred Hospital. I feel like there are angels surrounding us and especially after seeing my friend, she is being cared for by them. The progress she has made in one week is absolutely heartwarming. Thank you so much for the loving care you are all providing her. I am in awe.

I have had a great stay at kindred my entire 6weeks.a special thanks to ms.Sam,ms.Erika and Kevin for making my stay more comfortable. Also a thank you to the wound care team, the nurses and doctors for all the help and care.i will forever be grateful for Kendrid everyone one here has been a blessing, love always Omar Perez.

My husbands nurse, Cathy, is excellent, Cathy is very professional, she fixes his
pillows and does whatever is needed to be done.
Another nurse, Ray was great, very caring.
Tania and Vanessa were also excellent. Haranda is exceptional, she does her job
with love. She comes right away and never has an attitude. She is always kind and will come back as many times as needed and never, never with attitude!
Marlene and her helper are like busy little bees, very helpful.
The people in rehab have been great, all the people are wonderful

I told Sam a week ago I would be happy to give her a review based on my stay here at kindred
before I leave. Well today I’m leaving, so in keeping my word to Sam, I want to recognize the
following staff members.
First the day nurses that stood out in my care. Kasha is outstanding, she is intelligent and kind
and cares about the patients wellbeing.
Sharmagne, both Ales’s and Amoy are excellent nurses. Michelle Huang is a wonderful nurse,
whom I believe is not given the credit she deserves. Michelle goes about her job caring for the
patients very quietly but effectively. Laytoya is a good nurse and my night nurse Cindi is also
good.
I also want to acknowledge my day CNA’S, I had four very good CNA’S starting with Barbara
and including Rodelin, Dian and Kathleen.
Told Sam no offense, as much as my stay has been good, I’m really looking forward to going home
today.

My brother got moved from ICU to the third floor yesterday. I want to acknowledge
the wonderful care he received while in ICU and especially one of his nurses, Donna.
Donna was terrific with Richard and Grace from the rehab department is one of a kind.
Grace is so good with my brother, she encourages him.
Richard is now on the third floor and his nurse Kaskiis wonderful, we know he is in
good hands when she is his nurse

I’m leaving today and Sam asked how my care has been while I have been here.
Overall my care has been very nice. Your nursing care has been excellent.
Haranda, my CNA, has been really great. Haranda goes out of her way to anticipate
what has to be done next, according to my need.
My PT and OT People, Evette and Kate are stand outs, they go above what is needed.
When Kate makes you a promise, she keeps it.
Rey is a great nurse and Grace is terrific.
Grace will drop everything to help you, she is special.
