The negative reviews are generally due to the length of time each appointment takes. Reviewers who say he does not know what he is doing don’t know what they are talking about. Being diabetic I require monitoring of my eyes. I have been seeing him for over 6 years. At first he was gruff and did not tolerate interruption when he was speaking but that changed as time went on. I found that he is very knowledgeable and his staff are efficient in conducting the tests.

He is also considerate to the concerns of his patients, installing new test equipment that does not require annoying dilation of the pupils with chemicals and it is not necessary to wear dark sun glasses when leaving his office.

I take my appointments in the early morning when the number of patients are less… initially an appointment would take 2 or more hours much of that time was due to waiting for the pupil dilation to take effect. The last appointment took less than one hour with the same tests done.

I have every confidence in his advice and would recommend him to anyone

Terrible experience overall. They make you wait a minimum of 2 hours. No respect of your time whatsoever. You can tell by the number of patients waiting at the same time they are double booking for sure. It only shows that the clinic is only concerned of money and disrespecting patient’s time.
