Dr. Anand does not have a strong moral. He is disrespectful and abusive. Certainly, he has problem with his manner. I would not suggest anyone to go see him if you have other choice.

This man has saved my husband’s vision from being destroyed by diabetic retinopathy – we’re forever grateful. He knows what he’s doing, and both he and his staff are uber-friendly. He seems to prefer working out of the hospital rather than his office, but whatever… my dh is getting the treatment he needs. Seems to always run behind schedule, but so far has been worth it, at least we’re not subjected to verbal abuse in the waiting room like some places…

This doctor possesses an extremely inconsiderate attitude and is very unprofessional. Have you ever had a doctor say to you “Well, that’s too bad, this is how it is, you have no idea how big of a favor I just did for you”? Probably not, up until him I hadn’t either. It was simply because I told him the appointment he made for me, without even consulting me about it first, would not work. Along with being scolded by him, his receptionist has been nothing short of short with me since. If I do have something wrong with my eye, I will not be trusting him with my well being. I should note, I have only had to deal with this doctor in his office in the Sunridge Professional Building. My comments do not reflect the attitude of the staff at the hospital.

I have seen this doctor several times. This doctor really cares. I am very impressed by him. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have the best diabetic care possible, not just for my eyes but for my general health. I would highly recommend Dr Anand. I see him at the hospital and the wait times are sometimes long but I believe they are the only eye clinic of its kind in Southern Alberta.

I will not let my father continue to be a patient of Dr.Anands. Twice since his move to the Sunridge location our appointment has not been properly booked with Dr. Anand and my father returns home untreated. We will not be returning to seek help from this doctor.
