The doctor was very rude with him raising his voice with me because he could not find the reports my family doctor had sent him. He does not have any respect for his clients with him going on a rant that he goes to sleep late and wakes up early, how is his sleeping my fault? He then proceeded to raise his voice with me in the lobby in front of other people for no reason. He does not know what he is doing and was getting mad at me for following my family doctors advice on what I should and should not be eatting for my health. He always overbooks and I normally really do not care but one day they had told me I was the first person that day, I come to my appointment 10 mims early and I waited for them to open up shop. I waited 30 mins and they still had not arrived, I went next door and they told me I could sit down while they called or find out any information on why they had not open. The nice people next door did not know why they had not opened up and ended up leaving a fax for them with my name and number. The office then called me and re made my appointment and once I got there they told me that I had missed my appointment and next time I do that they will charge me….. it made me really mad and when i informed them that i was had not missed the appointment she told me I was lying. They did not apologize for making me wait and made me prove that I had come in that day. What type of doctor and staff does that. What type of doctor gets mad at a client when they cant find their paperwork because they are not organized. This doctor is super rude with no manners and respect for people. I am a very relaxed person but yelling at a person till they are in tears is not what a doctor should do. He needs to learn respect for people.

I have never been treated with such disrespect from staff at a doctors office! The receptionist was dismissive and rude! And a 4 hour doctors appointment? This is the most disrespectful doctor in valuing my time! This will be my last visit to see this doctor! He might be good at the medical aspect but “respect”seems to have left his vocabulary!

I was a patient or this so called doctor as an emergency 4 years ago as I had a very serious detached retina. He treated me with extreme disrespect and basically told me that I would eventually end up blind. The only thing that made the situation worse was that I was still recovering from having breast cancer and was already in a extremely fragile state. Thank goodness I was able to get a different retinal specialist that was actually able to repair my eye and has provided me with compassionate caring and professional treatment ever since. One of my biggest fears was that if I was to ever suffer another detachment that I would be again placed with Anand if it was an emergency and he was the doctor on call. I found out last week through my current specialist that Anand is no longer working at the Rockyview Hospital as a doctor on call! I can’t tell you the relief I feel that I will never have to deal with this horrible , incompetent doctor again!
