Dr. Laval made me feel very at ease. She took time to speak to me about my condition. She is very compassionate. We need more doctors like her.

Very rude doctor. Constantly interrupts. Follows protocol, and nothing else. She’ll ask you with a big smile “how are you doing today? ” the day you learn your baby is dead in the womb, with not even a sorry. No, you’re just the 25% statistic to whom this happens. No big deal! Not in hurry to help.

A very rude doctor, she interrupted me all the time. doesn’t want to help at all. Very impatient, just typing on the computer and get you out of the door ASAP. I cannot believe the good reviews!

I’m a mid-20s university graduate and this was my first time getting a pap test/seeing her because I had irregular discharge, so naturally I was anxious. The wait wasn’t bad, about 30mins to get called in, and the staff was very quick to take my weight, blood pressure and height. Dr.Laval showed up soon after, very very nice lady, reminds me of my mother actually. She asks a lot of questions, was willing to listen while typing away on her laptop.
I’m VERY impressed at how respectful and professional she was, and talked me through every step of the pap test, didn’t push me towards any medication/treatments. Sometimes going to the gyno can be terrifying for girls my age, and i have nothing but respect for how she handled the situation. I highly recommend her.

People think she’s a wonderful and knowledgeable, i don’t think so, she’s rude, i had very bad experience with her. She prescribed me medicines without even doing the blood tests or examining me.That’s how wonderful she is.
