The new Northwest hospital and LaPorte is beautiful! It's very nice that there are professionals who meet you at the front door and I've noticed that they help people out of their cars when they're entering the hospital. This is a first for me. I thought it was wonderful that you provide that type of service. The gentleman at the registration desk was very kind. And the young lady who took care of my testing was superb!

Went in for an Ultrasound. Everything was nice and clean. Ultrasound went fine, not much conversation from the technician. Only complaint I have is while registering the receptionist instantly had to tell me I had a balance on my account. I was aware of it till payday, but why does it have to be dealt with before my appointment? Just made me uncomfortable in a room full of other people to know my information and that I think all they see is dollar signs, not patients.

I was treated by Dr. Shaan Khan. He is an extraordinary physician, and he is kind, caring and does exemplary work. I live an hour away from his office/the hospital, and I choose to be treated by him. The distance is worth it!
