This ER has had very poor customer service the past 2 times I’ve been in, which was within a week! Tori, NP, had the worst bedside manner and will be making a formal complaint on that service

All the drs and nurses are fantastic!! I can’t remember her name but the anesthesiologist was sooo friendly and caring. Other RN who don’t even work in unit still care. They walk by and just ask are you okay and if need help even if your not thier patient! Amber is wonderful. She really loves her job and cares about well-being for everyone. Barb or nurse is so professional and caring and sweet. Patients always comes first at this hospital.

It was apparent the hospital is more concerned about money than patient care. Will not go back to that hospital ever.

The mammogram technician was excellent. Talked just enough, concerned for my care moved with confidence.
