the NP was wonderful, fast, thoughtful, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. The nurse didn't come in the room once. Finally after hitting my call light 4 times, she came in exasperated, told me to sign the paperwork, and told me I could leave. She never cleaned out my wound or bandages it. I had to find my own supplies in the room, and bandage my wound. The hospitals reputation stands because this behavior is allowed.

Honestly always have a great experience here. The nurses are so nice. I went for a procedure and everyone was very helpful! Even when I delivered my daughter my nurses and doctor were incredible.

The ppl I interacted with were all knowledgeable, polite, friendly & very competent. They seemed to work well together (which made me feel very at ease) & were friendly & professional.

I checked in for lab services and waited. After about an hour a person with a name similar to mine came in and was told it was a long wait. He no sooner sat down than he was called back in my spot. I had to wait longer.
