Waited 45 minutes to have bloodwork. Waited in an unattended room. Was assured by the front desk that they knew I was there waiting . Had the girl at the front desk go back and alert the lab I was waiting. Waited 15 more minutes to have someone come in and call someone back who had only been waiting ten minutes. There were four people in the lab who claimed to have no idea I was waiting even though Amy at the desk took my paperwork back to them and told them I was waiting.

The staff and the doctors treat folks that we are beneath them. I saw a bugs at the hospital. It’s OK the ceo probably don’t care about anything as long he gets his money. It’s a over priced run down motel.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My nurse and doctors explained everything before my procedure and made sure I understood everything.

I cannot say enough about my experience with this hospital and staff. A+ all the way from the time I arrived through the emergency room to the time I was discharged.
