I had a horrible experience. I waited 45 minutes at the front desk because there was no one to check people in or to admit them ended up being a half an hour late for my appointment the ER admitting staff were extremely rude there at least a dozen other people waiting at the desk on a Saturday morning and no one to check us in very organized need to find a better system. They acted as if no one else in the hospital could check us in I will not go back to this hospital for a mammogram again.

Patient service terrible due to inept management. Examples: 1) Moved appointment location without notifying patients. 2) Information incorrect in hospital system resulting in cancellation of procedure 3) Phones for Cardiologist down for days with no work-around, no way to communicate with Physician.

The registration process was long, it took an hour to get registered. The procedure itself was quick.

So far, all my personal experiences with this hospital have been great. Even took a suggestion I made and ran with it.

Got in and out in no time.. staff was friendly and dr was pleasant! Would recommend this place to family and friends.
