I was there for my first ever mammogram and I was scared and nervous and the young lady that did it was AMAZING! I don't remember her name but I wish I did because she deserves recognition. She was caring and answered my questions to the best of her knowledge. She was also very patient with me and explained the process to me. If you can find out who did my mammogram, she deserves recognition.

They nurses and anesthesiologist s made sure I was completely comfortable and assured of me of my surgery. They took very well care of me as well as my mom and husband while in surgery. I will highly recommend that hospital.

The overall facility is great as well as the staff. However the phlebotomist technician that did my labs on 2/23/22 really messed up a nerve, using a syringe technique. I’m not happy at all by this & will be following up.

Young female receptionist at the welcome desk who hardly made me feel welcome.. Zero personality and barely looked up at me. Also, a know it all nurse practioner in ER, who asked me questions but didn’t give me time to frickin answer AND told me the doctor I’d seen earlier in Munster, IN was incorrect in what he had told me about my situation. A real treat, she was. It was my first time at the new hospital and an emergency. I was in a lot of pain.. These two made it all the more unpleasant. Next time I’ll use Franciscan.

Everyone was kind to me I was greeted by the security guard then the young lady checked me in and Sarah did my CT scan and they were all very nice and I love the place and the professionalism
