my nurse aubrey in the ER was the best part of the whole experience. she was very caring and understanding and made me feel like her priority. she shared personal stories about how she could relate to how i was feeling and never hesitated to help me with anything i asked for. not to mention i literally didn't even feel my IV line go in! she's an amazing person and does her job perfectly.

Very impressed with the person by the desk to take me where I needed to go. After my CT scan the lab tech walked me back to the exit door. He was very nice and personable

Very very long wait to get back into the room but pretty speedy after that. Total time 5 hours.

I expected to wait a little while because of Covid. But I was triaged in 15 minutes. Which gave me hope of when I Could be seen. Even though I had to go in the hallway at this time it is understandable and I was very appreciate it how the people who take care of me

Came in for a procedure. Waiting was limited. Fast service. Only complaint was meeting with financial department as part of check in was a surprise, especially, with estimated payment requested. All the nurses, technicians, and volunteers were great.

all the drs and nurses are so caring and nice they really make sure you are well taken care of and 100% ok before they send you home

I had a very good experience, everyone was very nice and helpful
