This man has saved my husband's vision from being destroyed by diabetic retinopathy - we're forever grateful. He knows what he's doing, and both he and his staff are uber-friendly. He seems to prefer working out of the hospital rather than his office, but whatever... my dh is getting the treatment he needs. Seems to always run behind schedule, but so far has been worth it, at least we're not subjected to verbal abuse in the waiting room like some places...

UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS! I have just returned home from my visit to Dr. Anand’s office about a cyst that was growing in my lid. He was condescending to my questions and basically shooed me out as other patients were waiting. I was given a prescription for antibiotic drops and that was it. The worst part was driving with extreme light sensitivity from the dilation drops I was administered before being examined. I was not told what drops they were or the effects it would have. It was difficult to drive home. As my eyes were blurry and burning from the light. I called when I got home and the assistant said I should have worn sunglasses. Wow… I told her I wear glasses. Then she said it was my referring doctor’s responsibility to tell me all these things as all the “info” was sent to them and that I will be ok after two hours. Dr. Anand could have taken a few seconds to tell me to stay in his office as we were ahead of schedule. Dr. Anand and his staff should not be practicing or dealing with the public. Avoid at all costs!

Dr. Anand does not have a strong moral. He is disrespectful and abusive. Certainly, he has problem with his manner. I would not suggest anyone to go see him if you have other choice.

Yes you always have to wait but he is a specialist and let’s face it there isn’t enough of them. They warn you there will be a long wait and it’s true. Be patient it’s your eyes. He is very thorough and I am thankful to him that my eyes have not gotten worse. I like his off beat humor and he always remembers you.

I do warn you there will be a bit of a wait time, but I’ve been to there with even longer wait times. But he’s funny and highly trained. He listens to your problems. He’s really done a great job taking care of me. I would recommend to others.

He is not a good doctor at all. Dr Anand is very money minded person he is just concerned about making money. The patients who ask his concerns from him he usually ask them to see their optometrist or ask them to come rocky view next time.
