Very lucky to have this nice new facility in our small rural town. Had some services done recently but not enough to rate staff.

Had a nurse put my wife’s soiled mattress cover full of feces in the small garage can under the sink. My poor wife kept apologizing for the smell in the room until 2 hours later when we found it.
Many other things happened because of a staff who doesn’t care.
Wouldn’t go there again nor recommend.
