The staff is top notch! Nurses have a very caring bedside manner! Treated my wife as if she were their family member! Docs were great as well!! Improvement from before the name change!!

You should have signs posted right by the entrance as to what floors are what for patients so they know which way to go. Signs need to be more obvious. I completely walked past registration on second floor because I didn’t see a sign.

The BEST experience with my MRI hands down!!! The staff was wonderful, kind, caring and helpful from the registration process down to the procedure itself. Would highly recommend Northwest Health for any of your medical needs.
I will definitely be going back when I’m due for the next MRI in a year.

Had surgery on my Achilles tendon last week. Was told by staff to use old worn crutches instead of getting new ones or a scooter. Nurse told me good luck walked away from me. Ended up falling on Saturday and had to go to the ER. Not happy!
